Returns Policy

Making a return is very simple. If you are not satisfied / a 100% of your purchase, you can request a replacement or refund within 30 days from the date of delivery of your order, as long as the item is in an acceptable condition for resale.

Returns are accepted online only for items purchased directly In the event that the item was purchased at one of our retail partners, please contact the dealer to make arrangements on any replacement or refund.

If the product is delivered, you're uncertain about your purchase, please keep the product in its original packaging until you decide whether or not you want to keep it. All returns must be in a 'like new', unwashed and unworn.

When returning, be sure that the product is well packaged and protected from damage during transport.

The redemption of the purchased products as gifts can be requested only by the original purchaser; alternatively we can offer the gift recipient a credit for the purchase of a new product. The returnable will be displayed in the order history of the original purchaser.

Gift certificates are non-refundable.

Changes goods

If you want to exchange an item purchased, follow the instructions in 'How to return'. The change can be made only on the same product of a measure or a different color. If you want a different product, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Defective goods

PH is committed to producing high quality products, in line with its long tradition of excellence. However, sometimes they may occur manufacturing defects. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. Items that are damaged due to an excessive or protracted are not to be considered defective. If the defective item has been worn, it must be returned freshly laundered. All clothing worn and unwashed will be returned to you.

How to return

Run log in and go to your account page; click on "order history", select the relevant order, select the / the product / s you wish to return or exchange, write a message and waits for a confirmation.
